- The condition for guaranteeing the reservation is the payment in advance 50% of the value of the reservation within 7 days of receiving the confirmation of the reservation.
- In the absence of advance payment within the agreed period, the Hotel has the right to cancel the reservation.
- Cancellation without cost can be made up to 3 days before the date of the reservation, after this date the advance payment is not returned.
