The idea to create a line of artisanal, Osada spirits was born in 2019. It took a few months from idea to realisation, and by the end of 2020 we could boast our first Osada liquor – the Honey Aged Vodka.
Satisfied with its taste and the opinions of the first Tastemakers, we took the decision to create a whole line of Osada drinks.
We currently offer our Guests: Honey Aged Vodka, Ginger Aged Vodka, Gingerbread Aged Vodka, Cornel Cherry Aged Vodka, Quince Aged Vodka, Horseradish Aged Vodka, Lemon Aged Vodka, Cherry Aged Vodka, Viburnum Aged Vodka, Sea Buckthorn Aged Vodka, Elderberry Aged Vodka, flavoured liqueurs (Egg liqueur, Mango liqueur, Milk and chocolate liqueur, Coffee liquer) and Pure vodka from Osada and Pure Vodka with Elderberry taste prepared on the basis of water from chalk intakes, which is frozen after extraction. This process of vodka production allows for a unique taste.

CHEERFUL CHERRY
Cheerful Cherry is produced only from:
Cherry fruit
Sugar
Alcohol
Cheerful Cherry is a spirit made from cherries sourced from the Osada’s orchard and from local farmers in the Golub-Dobrzyń area. Compared to Cherry Aged Vodka (32%), the aroma of the fruit predominates in Cheerful Cherry (17.5%). Cheerful Cherry is a tincture for connoisseurs of the taste of ripe fruit.
HONEY AGED VODKA
Honey Aged Vodka is produced only from:

Apart from its obvious taste qualities, Honey Aged Vodka also has health-promoting effects. It is warming and antiseptic, helps with sore throats and strengthens the immune system during cold and flu season. Some people also use it during digestive complaints.
GINGER AGED VODKA
Ginger Aged Vodka is produced only from:

Ginger tincture offers a distinctive taste and aroma, as well as a wide range of medicinal properties. The chemical composition of the plant’s rhizomes includes: essential oil, organic acids (oxalic, malic, succinic), vitamins (e.g. C, B1, B2, B6, folic acid) and minerals (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, manganese, potassium, iron, zinc, sodium, selenium).
Ginger is known for its analgesic properties, and studies conducted to date have also confirmed the plant’s anti-coagulant, anti-inflammatory and anti-emetic effects. Its extract can be used to treat bone and joint inflammation. This also applies to drinks prepared from the rhizome. Those involved in alternative medicine recommend ginger tincture for joints, which is directly related to its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.
CORNEL CHERRY AGED VODKA

Cornel Cherry Aged Vodka is a typical Old Polish liqueur, associated with noble traditions – it was prepared in court and palace kitchens.
The Cornish tree is a fruit tree that is grown in gardens mainly for its ornamental qualities – the tree looks beautiful especially during the flowering and fruiting period. The fruit looks like a small red plum. They have many health-promoting properties. They are full of vitamins and minerals. They contain, among other things, vitamin C, iron, potassium, calcium, zinc and magnesium.
Cornel Cherry is recommended for people with anemia, lowered immunity, rheumatism and fever. It exhibits warming, antibacterial and antiseptic effects.

The sour cherry tincture is exceptionally aromatic and sweet. We take care of the highest quality of the fruit we use, bearing in mind that it is the cherry fruit that supports the circulatory system and stabilises the heart.
The potassium contained in cherries helps control blood pressure – it accelerates the excretion of excess sodium from the body, magnesium makes the walls of the blood vessels more flexible and prevents swelling, and iron is essential in the process of distributing oxygen to all the cells of the body.
ELDERBERRY VODKA
Elderberry Aged Vodka is produced only from:

Black elderberry has been used in folk medicine for centuries for its medicinal properties. The flowers and fruits of elderberries are among the valuable herbal raw materials.
Elderberry blossoms have many nutritional and health-promoting values. They have tremendous healing properties, e.g. they have an expectorant effect, dilute catarrh, have an inflammatory effect, have an antiviral effect, protect and strengthen the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, strengthen immunity, have a diuretic effect, strengthen capillaries, stabilise the blood circulation, relieve headaches, have a cooling effect, have a cleansing effect, intercept free radicals, speed up the metabolism, counteract blood hammering to the head, relieve skin inflammation.
VIBURNUM AGED VODKA
Viburnum Aged Vodka is produced only from:

Calamine fruit tincture is a little-known alcohol. This is a pity, as it has a broad spectrum of action. Women in particular should drink it, as it can be most helpful in their ailments. Kalinum tincture has a relaxing effect on the uterine muscles and relieves menstrual pain, which is why kalinum is sometimes referred to as women’s medicine.
Alcoholic and aqueous preparations of calla have a beneficial effect on the blood vessels, strengthening and sealing them.
SEA BUCKTHORN AGED VODKA
Sea Buckthorn Aged Vodka is manufactured only from:

spirit.
Sea buckthorn wild fruit tincture is used for stomach ailments, colds and skin diseases.
The intensely orange fruits have a sour and tart taste.
They contain an abundance of flavonoids and vitamins. Interestingly, sea buckthorn does not have enzymes that break down vitamin C and it does not degrade.
QUINCE AGED VODKA
Quince Aged Vodka is produced using only natural ingredients:

spirit
Japanese quince
honey
Quince fruit is a valuable source of vitamins, minerals and fiber. Quince contains natural enzymes that help digest proteins and fats. Moreover, the yellow fruit is rich in vitamin C, which supports the immune system and helps protect the body against infections.
Quince is made by fermenting ripe fruit. Quince tincture has an intense, fruity taste and smell.
GINGERBRED AGED VODKA
Gingerbread Aged Vodka is produced using only natural ingredients:
buckwheat and multiflower honey
spirit
vanilla and cinnamon sticks
cardamom, allspice and mustard seeds
ginger root
cloves
filtered water
Gingerbread Aged Vodka is an artisanal spirit for connoisseurs of spice flavours. Cloves, ginger and cardamom have an antibacterial effect and soothe inflammations of the body. Vanilla and cinnamon have a positive effect on the metabolism.

Lemon Aged Vodka is one of the most popular alcohols in Poland. Lemonade contains ingredients that can have a positive effect on the body. The main ingredient, lemon, is rich in vitamin C, which acts as an antioxidant and supports the immune system. In medieval Europe, lemon aged vodka was used as a remedy for stomach problems.
Lemon age vodka can be sweet or sour depending on the ratio of sugar and lemon juice. The taste of one from Osada Karbówko is predominantly sweet.
